VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN CONTINUES ON HIS CAMPAIGN TRIP THROUGH OHIO.
(take VO)
MISTER BIDEN ATTENDING A RALLY AT PORTSMOUTH HIGH SCHOOL SUNDAY MORNING (9/9)....
AFTER MAKING STOPS IN ZANESVILLE AND ATHENS ON SATURDAY (9/8).
THE V-P, CRITICAL OF REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MITT ROMNEY, SAYING HE IS IN FAVOR OF "OUTSOURCING" JOBS.
(take SOT)
BIDEN says "What I found most fascinating was the Governor's (Romney) acceptance speech at the convention where he made a good speech. He made a firm commitment, one of the few firm commitments I observed him make. It was firm. He said, 'I make a commitment that I as President am going to go on a job's tour.' Well. With all his support for outsourcing it's going to have to be a foreign trip. First thing he does is that he has to go abroad. Job tours, you know. Look the President and Governor Romney have a very different view on the importance where jobs are created. My President, your President knows that jobs created here in America, keeping jobs here in America and bringing jobs back to America. That's the President of the United State's job. That's the job." (applause)

BIDEN says "This is not your father's Republican Party. As a matter of fact, this is not even Mitt Romney's father's Republican Party. Seriously, it's not. I've worked with too many great Republicans over my career in the United States Senate. They're not bad guys. They're just as different, as my brother would say, different breed of cat. Folks, unlike them we see a future where everyone, rich and poor, does their part and has a part. We see a future and Barack and I are committed this to our core where our granddaughters and daughters have every single solitary opportunity our grandsons and daughters have. Every one."
V-P BIDEN LATER PRAISING PRESIDENT OBAMA'S EFFORTS , PREDICTING A BETTER JOB CREATION OUTLOOK IF ELECTED TO A SECOND TERM.
