James Cracknell entered a temperature controlled chamber for 48 hours, at 35 Degrees Celsius, in preperation for a trip to the South Pole. However, co-adventurer Ben Fogle's role in the trip still hangs in the balance as he recovers from a tropical skin-eating parasite .
