The NYPD had the Britney situation all under control in advance as they physically had to restrain photographers on bicycles and on foot from running up a whole city block to even remotely get close to shooting any photographs of Britney Spears as she had just arrived for a sound check at the Big Apple Circus where she will be performing her new hit song 'Circus' on Good Morning America Tuesday morning. The cameramen were very upset and were shown telling off the NYPD officers and one girl is heard saying "So our taxes are paying for someone who doesn't live in NY state" while all they could do was watch the SUV from a very long distance down the road. Cameraman later is able to get better access only to see photographers scaling a high platform to try to get a shot of Britney when she departs after the sound check (Britney not shown in clip)
Sounds from the outside of the tent were playing the song 'Circus' as Britney was rehearsing inside.
